Wendy, the owner gave fantastic service from the moment we went to view dresses. She was very professional and not pushy. Didn’t matter how many dresses you wanted to try on, nothing was too much bother. Totally recommended.

Wendy is so lovely to deal with, she is obviously very busy but definitely finds the time to make you feel like you and your dress is the most important thing ever! She has a great selection of wedding and bridesmaids dresses and the whole experience of trying on through to picking up all the dresses, really was such a pleasure.

Wendy at Bliss Bridal treated me so well when I went to her Bridal store, she made me feel amazing in ever dress I tried on but at the same time advised me on which dresses looked better on me! Due to living on the Isles of Scilly I had to cancel and rearrange appointments etc with Wendy but she made this easy for me and catered for my extra needs! Just a truly fantastic service Wendy has, she defiantly made my wedding dress shopping an enjoyable experience!

Nothing was too much trouble for Bliss Bridal Gowns. The first time I viewed gowns, I tried 10 gowns. Wendy suggested dresses for me to try on and I eventually chose the dress which she had picked out for me, which wasn't one I would have gone for. I felt like a princess on the day (even though I'm over 50) and the dress was stunning - everyone commented on it. She also suggested shoes, jewellery and tiara which perfectly co-ordinated. She is so committed to providing a wonderful service and each time I visited her, I came out feeling really special - like I was the only person in the world who bought a wedding dress. Her prices are excellent and I have recommended her to all my friends. In fact, a work colleague recommended her service to me in the first place.

Wendy of Bliss Bridal made this 'slightly nervous' bride very comfortable and actually enjoyed trying on lots of pretty dresses! The gowns were amazing! So many different styles and colours that without Wendy’s help I think I would have been there all day! That first visit I found 'The One' and was totally in love with it. As it was an end of line that was finishing soon I got a very good discount so even better! She kept my paid for dress there till about 6weeks before my Big Day when she recommended a seamstress who was amazing as well. Wendy even delivered my dress to the seamstress at no extra charge. The whole service that she provides is so friendly and personal and she deserves this recognition.

I visited Wendy after she was recommended to me. I loved that it was a private appointment and Wendy was instantly welcoming. Wendy had plenty of styles in all sizes for me to try on and helped me find the style that suited me best. The prices were very reasonable and there was a range of accessories for me to try on there too. I did not feel rushed or pressured to make a decision or pushed into buying a dress out of my price range, Wendy let me go back a number of times and not once was I made to feel as though I was wasting her time. I bought my dress, shoes, veil, tiara and jewellery from her! Wendy gave me details of a seamstress named Sandra and took my dress to her for my fitting appointment, she was also brilliant. Wendy made Wedding dress shopping easy, she was amazing!

When i visited Wendy, i had no idea of the dream dress i wanted. Although i knew there was a budget i had to stick to, she picked a couple dresses for me, and i happened to love the 1st dress. she had plenty of time for me, and was completely honest, on what she thought the dresses looked liked. i went a couple of times with the both sets of mums, and we all were very welcomed. i ended up with a lovely jacket that matched the dress perfectly, also a lovely heart shaped umbrella, as getting married in nov, we were likely to get rain... thankfully we didn’t, and had a fantastic day, and looking back at our pics, im so glad, she helped me choose the right dress, so easily. I will most definitely, be recommending her to any future brides!

Her services were so personalised i felt so much at ease in her presence. She gave me very practical advice regarding my wedding dress which turned heads on my wedding day. My bride maids dresses were amazing, they too turned heads. I have since told prospective brides about Wendy, and she already has another proud bride from my work getting married in Bliss Bridal wedding dress. Near the time of my wedding, our car was written off after being hit by a drunk driver, i had no means of getting to the seamstress in Redruth other than using public transport carring my bulky wedding dress, Wendy came to the rescue by transporting my dress ready for me for those final touches! I feel so blessed to have met Wendy and for all her help in making our wedding day very very special!

Wendy at Bliss has a created a lovely space attached to her home where you can try on a large selection of beautiful bridal gowns that are sensibly priced. I went to many "shops" and nobody offered the selection or value for money that Wendy did.She also arranged for a seamstress to alter the dress I chose and delivered it to her prior to my fitting. I would happily recommend her highly to anyone. All in all it was a very pleasant experience!

Bliss Bridal Gowns has a lovely selection of dresses. The owner is friendly and helpful, and was patient while I tried on nearly every style in the shop!
The selection of dresses in other shops we visited just didn't compare.

A wonderfully kind and caring lady with a fabulous, considerate and thoughtful service. She did EVERYTHING she could to make everything perfect for me, despite several upsets along the way. My previous dress supplier went out of business without telling me, and Wendy, in her kindness, went out of her way to ensure I had the perfect dress, veil and tiara in time for my wedding. She offered me discount upon discount and provided our beautiful bridesmaids with equally beautiful dresses too. I got my shoes from her, and even my free garta as a gift from her to me. She's fabulous, professional, friendly, honest, kind and caring and I wish her all the best in her business in the future... I shall definitely be recommending her!!!!

Wendy at Bliss bridal has a fantastic eye for detail. I met her at a wedding fair she took one look at me and said she had the perfect dress. After trying on dresses in 100s of other venues and styles. I consistently returnned to the dress chosen by Wendy. It really was made for me but was suprisingly something I would not have originally looked at! She also picked out 4 stunning bridesmaids dresses for 2 adults and 2 children which she matched to our colour scheme perfectly. from the beginning I had faith in her opinion and felt she gave an honest view. In fact so much so I brought all my accesories and shoes through her (I could have let her choose them without seeing them). The quality of all our products were fantastic and she offered plenty of support and advice. A TRUE PROFESSIONAL

Found my dress in other shops and was cheapest in Bliss Bridal.
Wendy was spot on when selecting dresses that might suit me. She was very patient and friendly and offered personal service where we were always on a one-to-one basis with her. I returned to Wendy ater selecting my dress, to choose some shoes as I knew i would get the best service. Wendy also puts you into contact with a great, very reasonable seamstress for any alterations. I would not hesitate to recommend Bliss Bridal to anyone i know.

Wendy is a very calm, lovely lady to choose a wedding dress and accessories with, other people I met before her were more panicky than me as I was getting married abroad with 3 months to go. Her shop is very welcoming with a great selection of well chosen beautiful gowns and accessories. Wendy was immediately positive and realistic about the time scale, suitable materials and carriage of the dress, it calmed me straight away so i could enjoy the decision and isn't that what it's all about after all!!

Wendy identified the perfect dress that I had overlooked and gently probed me to try it. This was my first wedding dress shopping outting and i wasn't expecting to find anything. When i tried on the dress, i felt transformed and we all knew it was the perfect one. She made me feel so beautiful and she was so helpful. Bliss is a fabulous dress shop, where I was made to feel really special by Wendy, the owner - she had all the time in the world for me and my mum - and her dresses were the best we came across in Cornwall (at the best prices, too). The posh designer shops (in wadebridge and Truro) are highly overrated. I have recommended her to umpteen friends since and I would love her to win this award! On the day, your guests are obliged to compliment you on your dress. Mine were gobsmacked it wasn't by an astronomically priced London designer. Above all else, this award would recognise how brilliant Wendy is at what she does - making brides-to-be feel and look their best before and on their big day. She is a star. And there's not many people I'd take the time to write this kind of email about.

Of all the shops-I felt most comfortable at Bliss. Wendy offers a great choice & fantastic service. She was relaxed & welcoming. Some of the other shops were stuffy & pushy & over the top with their gushing! Wendy had a natural way of making me feel comfortable. Wendy was very good with both of us not only did I get my dress from her but my husband also got his suite, as he felt she gave him a better service compared to a generic tailors.
